Government programs would have to “affirm that children require and deserve both the love and nurturing of a mother and the play and protection of a father.” Gay or trans parents? Single moms? Not their cup of tea.
Adoption
Adoption agencies would discriminate against LGBTQ+ parents. Like, that’s really going to help the kids.
Marriage
After the Supreme Court repealed Roe v. Wade, Republican Justice Clarence Thomas said to be consistent they must now overthrow the freedom of same-sex couples to get married. That’s their evil plan.
Bans on drag shows?
Book bans? Bathroom bills?
Republican states have banned drag shows, books about LGBTQ+ people and issues, and transgender people using public restrooms. They are obsessed with what books we read and where we choose to go to the bathroom.
